In the following, data processing by the contractor is explained. Within the server statistics, such data is automatically stored which the browser of the individual user transmits (so-called "server logfiles"). However, such data is usually not assignable to a specific person. The stored data is not merged with other data sources. The stored data includes the following:

Cookies

In order to facilitate the use of our web site, we are using so-called "cookies", small text files sent from our server to your browser and temporarily stored on your hard disk. The cookies on all web sites do not contain any information about you, but assign to you a code number (session ID) when surfing. These code numbers help us to determine the number of users and the frequency of usage and thus to improve the usage convenience of our web site. You can, of course, delete all cookies from your hard disk at any time. Furthermore, you can set your browser such that you are informed when cookies are sent, or you can deactivate the storage of cookies. We recommend, however, to permanently activate the cookies on all web sites of Arnold André GmbH & Co. KG web site via Frame, will possibly also set cookies. You do not have to accept them but can also reject them.

Google Analytics

This web site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland ("Google"). The use is based on article 6 subsection 1 sentence 1 lit. f. GDPR. Google Analytics use so-called "Cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your usage of the web site. The information about your usage of the web site such as

– Browser type/version
– Operating system used
– Referrer URL (original URL)
– IP address of accessing computer
– Time of server request
– Visited HTML sites

generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted from your browser by means of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Furthermore, we have extended Google Analytics by the code "anonymizeIP" on this web site, which ensures the masking of your IP address, such that all data is collected anonymously. Google transmits the full IP address to a server in the USA and shortens it there only in exceptional cases.
On behalf of the operator of this web site, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the web site, to draw up reports about the web site activities and to provide further services associated with the web site usage and the Internet use to the web site operator. You can prevent the cookies from being stored by means of a corresponding setting of your browser software; it should, however, be noted that in this case you might not be able to make full use of all the functions on this web site.
Furthermore, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie and related to your usage of the web site (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. As an alternative to the browser add-on, in particular for browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie is set then which prevents future collection of your data when visiting this web site. The opt-out cookie only applies in this browser and only to our web site and is kept on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you have to set the opt-out cookie again.
We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from double-click cookies and AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, please deactivate this function via the Ads Preference Manager (https://adssettings.google.com/).
For further information regarding data protection in connection with Google Analytics, please refer to the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).

Google reCAPTCHA

In order to ensure adequate data privacy when transmitting forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. in certain cases. The use of reCAPTCHA in particular serves to distinguish whether the entry is carried out by a natural person or in an abusive manner by machine or automated processing. The service comprises the dispatch of the IP address and possibly of other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The corresponding data protection regulations of Google Inc. apply. For further information regarding the data protection directives of Google Inc., please refer to http://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy or https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Use of GoogleMaps

This web site uses GoogleMaps-API to visualize geographical information. When using GoogleMaps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the usage of the map functions by visitors. For detailed information regarding data processing by Google, please refer to the Google data protection information. In the data protection center, you can also change your personal data protection settings. There, you find detailed instructions for the administration of own data in connection with Google products.

Incorporated YouTube videos

We incorporate YouTube videos on some of our web sites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a site with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established with YouTube servers, informing YouTube which sites you are visiting. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to your person. You can prevent this by previously logging out of your YouTube account. If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies collecting information about the user behaviour. If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not encounter any cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube keeps non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you have to block the storage of cookies in the browser. For further information regarding data protection with YouTube, please refer to the data privacy statement of the provider at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

For correct cross-browser and graphically appealing presentation of our contents, we use script libraries and font libraries such as e.g. Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this web site. Google Webfonts are transmitted to your browser cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents the access, contents are displayed in a standard font. The call-up of script libraries or font libraries automatically initiates a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – however, currently not clear if and for which purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data. The data protection directive of the library operator Google is available at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Use of Adobe Typekit

We use Adobe Typekit for the visual design of our web site. Typekit is a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd. allowing us to access a font library. For incorporation of the fonts used by our company, your browser has to establish a connection with an Adobe server in the USA and to download the font required for our web site. Thus, Adobe receives the information that our web site has been called up by your IP address. For further information regarding Adobe Typekit, please refer to the Adobe data protection information available here: http://www.adobe.com/privacy/typekit.html

Facebook plugins

On these web sites, plugins of the social network facebook.com are used, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). If you call up web sites of our Internet presence equipped with such a plugin, a connection is established with the Facebook servers and the plugin is presented on the web site by means of information to your browser. Thus, the information which of our web sites you have visited is transmitted to the Facebook server. If you are logged in as a Facebook member, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plugin functions (e.g. by clicking the "Like" button, making a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plugin. For detailed information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, about your corresponding rights and possibilities to protect your privacy, please refer to the data protection information of Facebook.

The contents of the Twitter (X) buttons are directly transmitted to the user’s browser by Twitter (X). The contents of the "+1 button" are directly transmitted to his or her browser by Google and incorporated in the web site by the browser; thus, the provider does not have any influence on the extent of data Google collects by means of the button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking onto the button. Only in case of logged-in members, such data, among others the IP address, is collected and processed. The purpose and extent of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Google as well as your respective rights and setting options for protection of your privacy are specified for the users in the Google data protection information regarding the "+1 button": http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html

Incorporation of third-party services and contents

The incorporation of third-party contents, such as e.g. YouTube videos, maps of Google-Maps, RSS feeds or graphics of other web sites within this online offer may occur. This always assumes that the providers of such contents (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") recognize the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the contents to the browser of the respective user. Thus, the IP address is required for the presentation of such contents. We endeavour to use only such contents the respective providers of which use the IP address only for the delivery of contents. However, we do not have any influence if the third-party providers store the IP address e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we will inform the users.

Google AdWords

This offer uses the Google AdWords advertising program operated by Google Inc. ("Google") in the USA, and within this program its conversion tracking function.
For this purpose, cookies may be used. The conversion tracking cookie is set if a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.
